Sailing from RCYC, Adam Knox competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Since December 2024, 30 races across 3 regattas have been recorded for Adam. Adam competes mainly in the Hobie 16 fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Key performances include winning the 2025 Southern Wind Wc/Ec Hobie 16 Provincial Championships in the Hobie 16 fleet, along with the 2025 Southern Wind Wc/Ec Hobie 16 Provincial Championships in the Hobie 16 fleet. Adam continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
