Alec Lanham-Love represents PYC and races in the KwaZulu-Natal sailing circuit. Alec's competitive record on SailingSA begins in July 2023. Since then 12 races across 2 regattas have been completed. Alec competes mainly in the 49er fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Alec's best results include winning the 2025 -01-01 Hmyc 9Hr Endurance Race in the 49er fleet, as well as the 2025 -01-01 Hmyc 9Hr Endurance Race in the 49er fleet. Alec remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
