A Western Cape sailor, Alistair Keytel represents ZVYC in competitive dinghy racing. Alistair's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 110 races across 14 regattas have been completed. Alistair competes mainly in the ILCA 7 fleet, alongside races in ILCA 6 and Sonnet. Highlights include winning the 2026 ILCA Nationals in the ILCA 7 fleet, along with the 2025 National Championships - ILCA Classes in the ILCA 7 fleet. Alistair remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
