A Western Cape sailor, Alistair Keytel represents ZVYC in competitive dinghy racing. Alistair's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 92 races across 12 regattas have been completed. Alistair competes mainly in the ILCA 7 fleet, alongside races in ILCA 6 and Sonnet. Notable results include victory at the 2025 National Championships - ILCA Classes in the ILCA 7 fleet and strong finishes at the 2025 W. Cape Championships - Dinghy Classes. Alistair continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
