Sailing from MAC, Bao-Cheng Chiu competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Bao-Cheng's competitive record on SailingSA begins in September 2025. Since then 37 races across 5 regattas have been completed. Most of Bao-Cheng's racing has been in Optimist B, with additional starts in Optimist C. Highlights include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, along with the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Bao-Cheng remains active in regional dinghy racing.
