A Western Cape sailor, Brett Gething represents KYC in competitive dinghy racing. Brett's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2020. Since then 35 races across 4 regattas have been completed. Most of Brett's racing has been in Finn, with additional starts in Hobie 16. Highlights include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, along with the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Brett continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
