Charles Ackerman represents ZYC and races in the KwaZulu-Natal sailing circuit. Since January 2025, 11 races across 3 regattas have been recorded for Charles. Most of Charles's racing has been in Dart 18, with additional starts in Dart 1 up. Notable results include victory at the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet and strong finishes at the SailingSA events. Charles remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
