A Western Cape sailor, Chiara Ross represents MAC in competitive dinghy racing. Chiara's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 30 races across 3 regattas have been completed. Most of Chiara's racing has been in Hobie 16, with additional starts in ILCA 4.7. Notable results include victory at the 2025 Hobie16 Nationals in the Hobie 16 fleet and strong finishes at the 2025 Hobie16 Nationals. Chiara remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
