Sailing from ZYC, Estian Du Plooy competes in the KwaZulu-Natal dinghy circuit. Since December 2023, 19 races across 3 regattas have been recorded for Estian. Estian competes mainly in the ILCA 6 fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Key performances include winning the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam in the ILCA 6 fleet, along with the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam in the ILCA 6 fleet. Estian remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
