A Western Cape sailor, Grigory Khanbekyan represents ZVYC in competitive dinghy racing. Grigory's competitive record on SailingSA begins in February 2025. Since then 12 races across 2 regattas have been completed. Most of Grigory's racing has been in ILCA 6, with additional starts in other fleets. Grigory's best results include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, as well as the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Grigory continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
