Hein De Jamaer represents RCYC and races in the Western Cape sailing circuit. Hein's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 64 races across 10 regattas have been completed. Hein competes mainly in the Hobie 16 fleet, alongside races in Hobie 14 and Hobie Tiger. Hein's best results include winning the 2025 Hobie Tiger Nationals Final in the Hobie Tiger fleet, as well as the 2025 Southern Wind Wc/Ec Hobie 16 Provincial Championships in the Hobie 16 fleet. Hein continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
