Henning Kock sails out of RCYC in the Western Cape. Henning's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 44 races across 8 regattas have been completed. Henning competes mainly in the 420 fleet, alongside races in Stadt 23 and Hobie 14. Highlights include winning the 2025 Overberg Regional Championships in the Stadt 23 fleet, along with the 2025 Stadt 23 Wc Provincials in the Stadt 23 fleet. Henning remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
