Sailing from RCYC, Henning Kock competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Henning's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 81 races across 12 regattas have been completed. Henning competes mainly in the Sonnet fleet, alongside races in 420 and Hobie Tiger. Notable results include victory at the 2025 Overberg Regional Championships in the Stadt 23 fleet and strong finishes at the 2025 Stadt 23 Wc Provincials. Henning continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
