Howard Leoto represents HBYC and races in the Western Cape sailing circuit. Howard's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2018. Since then 185 races across 24 regattas have been completed. Howard's primary class has been 420, with additional appearances in 29er and ILCA 6. Highlights include winning the 2022 Western Cape Dinghy Champs Incorporating Mirror Nationals in the Mirror fleet, along with the 2018 Mirror Nationals in the Mirror fleet. Howard remains active in regional dinghy racing.
