Sailing from ELYC, Jan Venter competes in the Eastern Cape dinghy circuit. Since April 2023, 17 races across 2 regattas have been recorded for Jan. Jan competes mainly in the Dart 18 fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Jan's best results include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, as well as the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Jan continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
