Sailing from TSC, Jay Carter competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Jay's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 22 races across 3 regattas have been completed. Most of Jay's racing has been in Topaz Duo, with additional starts in Hobie 16. Notable results include victory at the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships in the Topaz Duo fleet and strong finishes at the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships. Jay remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
