Sailing from HYC, Joshua Nankin competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Joshua's earliest SailingSA result dates to April 2023. Since then 173 races across 18 regattas have been recorded. Joshua competes mainly in the Dabchick fleet, alongside races in 29er and Sonnet. Key performances include winning the 2026 Rsa 29Er Nationals in the 29er fleet, along with the 2025 Dabchick Wc Championship in the Dabchick fleet. Joshua remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
