Sailing from TSC, Kelly Moore competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Kelly's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 58 races across 7 regattas have been completed. Kelly competes mainly in the ILCA 4.7 fleet, alongside races in Mirror and ILCA 7. Notable results include victory at the 2025 Overberg Regional Championships in the ILCA 4.7 fleet and strong finishes at the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships. Kelly remains active in regional dinghy racing.
