Kelly Moore sails out of TSC in the Western Cape. Kelly's earliest SailingSA result dates to April 2023. Since then 58 races across 7 regattas have been recorded. Kelly competes mainly in the ILCA 4.7 fleet, alongside races in Mirror and ILCA 7. Kelly's best results include winning the 2025 Overberg Regional Championships in the ILCA 4.7 fleet, as well as the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships in the Mirror fleet. Kelly continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
