Sailing from ZVYC, Lara Dugas competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Lara's earliest SailingSA result dates to April 2023. Since then 94 races across 12 regattas have been recorded. Most of Lara's racing has been in ILCA 6, with additional starts in other fleets. Notable results include victory at the 2023 TSC Classic in the ILCA 6 fleet and strong finishes at the 2023 TSC Classic. Lara continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
