Lara Dugas represents ZVYC and races in the Western Cape sailing circuit. Lara's earliest SailingSA result dates to April 2023. Since then 76 races across 10 regattas have been recorded. Lara competes mainly in the ILCA 6 fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Lara's best results include winning the 2023 TSC Classic in the ILCA 6 fleet, as well as the 2023 TSC Classic in the ILCA 6 fleet. Lara continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
