Lara Dugas represents ZVYC and races in the Western Cape sailing circuit. Lara's earliest SailingSA result dates to April 2023. Since then 94 races across 12 regattas have been recorded. Most of Lara's racing has been in ILCA 6, with additional starts in other fleets. Lara's best results include winning the 2023 TSC Classic in the ILCA 6 fleet, as well as the 2023 TSC Classic in the ILCA 6 fleet. Lara continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
