Leon de Raay sails out of PSC in the KwaZulu-Natal. Since June 2025, 7 races across 1 regattas have been recorded for Leon. Most of Leon's racing has been in ILCA 7, with additional starts in other fleets. Highlights include winning the 2025 Gauteng Regional Championships in the ILCA 7 fleet, along with the 2025 Gauteng Regional Championships in the ILCA 7 fleet. Leon continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
