Marco competes mainly in the Finn fleet, alongside races in 505. Key performances include winning the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships in the Finn fleet, along with the 2025 Zvyc Southern Charter Cape Classic in the Finn fleet. Marco remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
