Matthew Carter sails out of TSC in the Western Cape. Since April 2023, 20 races across 3 regattas have been recorded for Matthew. Most of Matthew's racing has been in Topaz Duo, with additional starts in Topaz. Notable results include victory at the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships in the Topaz Duo fleet and strong finishes at the 2025 TSC Cape Classic. Matthew remains active in regional dinghy racing.
