A Western Cape sailor, Matthew Carter represents TSC in competitive dinghy racing. Matthew's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 20 races across 3 regattas have been completed. Most of Matthew's racing has been in Topaz Duo, with additional starts in Topaz. Highlights include winning the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships in the Topaz Duo fleet, along with the 2025 TSC Cape Classic in the Topaz fleet. Matthew continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
