Sailing from HYC, Max Celliers competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Max's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2023. Since then 57 races across 6 regattas have been completed. Max competes mainly in the Dabchick fleet, alongside races in Sonnet and 49er. Notable results include victory at the 2024 SA Sailing Youth Nationals - Dabchick Final - in the Dabchick fleet and strong finishes at the 2025 W. Cape Championships - Dinghy Classes. Max continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
