Sailing from VLC, Maximilian Malan competes in the Gauteng dinghy circuit. Maximilian's earliest SailingSA result dates to December 2023. Since then 112 races across 13 regattas have been recorded. Most of Maximilian's racing has been in Dabchick, with additional starts in Optimist A and ILCA 4.7. Maximilian's best results include winning the 2025 Kzn Dabchick Regionals in the Dabchick fleet, as well as the 2025 Free State Youth Provincial Championship in the Dabchick fleet. Maximilian continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
