Sailing from ZVYC, Mia Stock competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Since April 2023, 37 races across 5 regattas have been recorded for Mia. Most of Mia's racing has been in 420, with additional starts in Hobie 16 and Sonnet. Highlights include winning the 2024 - 420 Class National Championship in the 420 fleet, along with the 2026 HYC Cape Classic in the 420 fleet. Mia continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
