Sailing from ZVYC, Oliver Steenkamp competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Oliver's earliest SailingSA result dates to April 2023. Since then 78 races across 8 regattas have been recorded. Most of Oliver's racing has been in ILCA 4.7, with additional starts in Optimist A. Oliver's best results include winning the 2025 SA Youth Nationals in the ILCA 4.7 fleet, as well as the 2025 SA Sailing Youth National Championship - Final 19 2025 in the ILCA 4.7 fleet. Oliver remains active in regional dinghy racing.
