Paul's primary class has been Hunter 19, with additional appearances in other fleets. Highlights include winning the 2023 Hbyc - Open Hunter 19 - Summer 22/23 Saturdays in the Hunter 19 fleet, along with the 2026 Hbyc - Hunter 19 - Leopard Challenge Leg 1 in the Hunter 19 fleet. Paul remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
