Richard Carter sails out of TSC in the Western Cape. Since April 2023, 35 races across 5 regattas have been recorded for Richard. Most of Richard's racing has been in ILCA 6, with additional starts in Hobie 16 and Topaz. Richard's best results include winning the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships in the Topaz Duo fleet, as well as the 2025 TSC Cape Classic in the Topaz fleet. Richard remains active in regional dinghy racing.
