A Western Cape sailor, Ross Mackinnon represents RCYC in competitive dinghy racing. Since December 2024, 22 races across 3 regattas have been recorded for Ross. Most of Ross's racing has been in 420, with additional starts in Sonnet. Highlights include winning the 2024 TSC Cape Classic in the 420 fleet, along with the 2024 TSC Cape Classic in the 420 fleet. Ross continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
