Roy Close represents and races in the the region sailing circuit. Roy's earliest SailingSA result dates to September 2022. Since then 130 races across 12 regattas have been recorded. Roy competes mainly in the Hunter 19 fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Roy's best results include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, as well as the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Roy continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
