Sailing from DUT, Shamir Rampersadh competes in the KwaZulu-Natal dinghy circuit. Shamir's competitive record on SailingSA begins in January 2025. Since then 20 races across 3 regattas have been completed. Most of Shamir's racing has been in TSL, with additional starts in other fleets. Key performances include winning the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam in the TSL fleet, along with the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam Multihull Final in the TSL fleet. Shamir continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
