Welile Mabaso sails out of DUT in the KwaZulu-Natal. Since January 2025, 10 races across 2 regattas have been recorded for Welile. Welile's primary class has been TSL, with additional appearances in other fleets. Highlights include winning the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam in the TSL fleet, along with the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam Multihull Final in the TSL fleet. Welile continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
