A Western Cape sailor, Amber De Decker represents IYC in competitive dinghy racing. Amber's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2017. Since then 75 races across 7 regattas have been completed. Amber competes mainly in the 505 fleet, alongside races in Dabchick and Dolphin. Highlights include winning the 2017 SA Youth Nationals in the Dabchick fleet, along with the 2017 SA Youth Nationals in the Dabchick fleet. Amber continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
