Amir Yaghya represents ZVYC and races in the Western Cape sailing circuit. Amir's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 53 races across 7 regattas have been completed. Amir's primary class has been 420, with additional appearances in ILCA 6 and Sonnet. Notable results include victory at the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships in the 420 fleet and strong finishes at the 2025 Macs Shipping Zvyc Club Champs. Amir continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
