Ben Henshilwood sails out of HYC in the Western Cape. Ben's earliest SailingSA result dates to April 2023. Since then 189 races across 21 regattas have been recorded. Ben competes mainly in the Optimist A fleet, alongside races in 29er and Sonnet. Key performances include winning the 2025 SA Youth Nationals in the Optimist A fleet, along with the 2025 Sonnet National Championship in the Sonnet fleet. Ben continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
