Benjamin Hudson sails out of HYC in the Western Cape. Benjamin's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2023. Since then 106 races across 11 regattas have been completed. Benjamin competes mainly in the Optimist A fleet, alongside races in Sonnet and Dabchick. Notable results include victory at the 2025 Sonnet National Championship in the Sonnet fleet and strong finishes at the 2026 HYC Cape Classic. Benjamin remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
