Caesar Bill represents LDYC and races in the Free State sailing circuit. Caesar's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2024. Since then 72 races across 8 regattas have been completed. Caesar competes mainly in the Optimist B fleet, alongside races in Dabchick. Caesar's best results include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, as well as the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Caesar remains active in regional dinghy racing.
