Caesar Bill sails out of LDYC in the Free State. Since December 2024, 85 races across 9 regattas have been recorded for Caesar. Most of Caesar's racing has been in Optimist A, with additional starts in Optimist B and Dabchick. Caesar's best results include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, as well as the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Caesar remains active in regional dinghy racing.
