Cameron Simpson represents GLYC and races in the Western Cape sailing circuit. Cameron's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2024. Since then 75 races across 7 regattas have been completed. Most of Cameron's racing has been in Optimist A, with additional starts in other fleets. Highlights include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, along with the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Cameron remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
