Ciara Neumann sails out of SYC in the Free State. Ciara's competitive record on SailingSA begins in March 2021. Since then 41 races across 5 regattas have been completed. Most of Ciara's racing has been in Dart 18, with additional starts in other fleets. Highlights include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, along with the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Ciara remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
