Sailing from HYC, Dale Rae competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Dale's competitive record on SailingSA begins in February 2024. Since then 101 races across 11 regattas have been completed. Most of Dale's racing has been in 29er, with additional starts in Sonnet and 505. Highlights include winning the 2025 29Er Nationals in the 29er fleet, along with the 2025 W. Cape Championships - Dinghy Classes in the 29er fleet. Dale remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
