A Free State sailor, Dane Love represents SYC in competitive dinghy racing. Dane's competitive record on SailingSA begins in September 2022. Since then 40 races across 5 regattas have been completed. Dane competes mainly in the ILCA 6 fleet, alongside races in Dart 18 and Formula 1. Highlights include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, along with the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Dane continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
