Sailing from HYC, Dwayne McCombe competes in the Western Cape dinghy circuit. Dwayne's earliest SailingSA result dates to December 2024. Since then 76 races across 11 regattas have been recorded. Most of Dwayne's racing has been in Optimist B, with additional starts in ILCA 4.7. Highlights include winning the 2024 Youth Nationals - in the Optimist B fleet, along with the 2024 TSC Cape Classic in the Optimist B fleet. Dwayne continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
