A Free State sailor, Eben Van Eden represents SYC in competitive dinghy racing. Eben's competitive record on SailingSA begins in March 2021. Since then 16 races across 3 regattas have been completed. Most of Eben's racing has been in Dart 18, with additional starts in Holiday 23. Eben's best results include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, as well as the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Eben continues to build experience across competitive sailing regattas.
