Sailing from SYC, Gavin Tintinger competes in the Free State dinghy circuit. Gavin's competitive record on SailingSA begins in December 2018. Since then 88 races across 11 regattas have been completed. Gavin competes mainly in the Halcat fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Highlights include winning the 2022 75Th SA Sailing Dart 18 · Dragonfly · Halcat · Hobie 14 Nationals in the Halcat fleet, along with the 2024 -09-24 Halcat National Championship in the Halcat fleet. Gavin continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
