Sailing from VLC, Helen Jansen Van Vuuren competes in the Gauteng dinghy circuit. Helen's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2025. Since then 13 races across 2 regattas have been completed. Helen competes mainly in the ILCA 6 fleet, alongside races in other fleets. Highlights include winning the 2025 Gauteng Regional Championships in the ILCA 6 fleet, along with the 2025 Gauteng Regional Championships in the ILCA 6 fleet. Helen remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
