Helen's primary class has been Sonnet, with additional appearances in Windsurfer LT. Highlights include winning the 2026 Wc Dinghy Champs in the Sonnet fleet, along with the 2026 Wc Dinghy Champs in the Sonnet fleet. Helen continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
