A KwaZulu-Natal sailor, Mike Farrington represents RNYC in competitive dinghy racing. Since August 2025, 10 races across 1 regattas have been recorded for Mike. Most of Mike's racing has been in J/22, with additional starts in other fleets. Highlights include winning the 2025 Lipton Challenge Cup in the J/22 fleet, along with the 2025 Lipton Challenge Cup in the J/22 fleet. Mike remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
