Paul Changuion sails out of RNYC in the KwaZulu-Natal. Since January 2025, 32 races across 4 regattas have been recorded for Paul. Paul competes mainly in the Mirror fleet, alongside races in Flying 15. Paul's best results include winning the 2025 Sas Mirror National Championship in the Mirror fleet, as well as the 2025 Hmyc Grand Slam in the Mirror fleet. Paul continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
