Phillip Hall sails out of SYC in the Free State. Phillip's competitive record on SailingSA begins in May 2022. Since then 10 races across 1 regattas have been completed. Most of Phillip's racing has been in Dragonfly, with additional starts in other fleets. Notable results include victory at the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet and strong finishes at the SailingSA events. Phillip remains an active competitor in the Western Cape sailing circuit.
