A Western Cape sailor, Sean Ferry represents RCYC in competitive dinghy racing. Sean's competitive record on SailingSA begins in April 2023. Since then 50 races across 6 regattas have been completed. Sean competes mainly in the Hobie 16 fleet, alongside races in Hobie Tiger. Key performances include winning the 2024 Hobie 16 Nationals in the Hobie 16 fleet, along with the 2023 Msc Dinghy Classes & Hobie 16 Western Cape Regional Championships in the Hobie 16 fleet. Sean continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
