Shaun Du Preez represents HYC and races in the Western Cape sailing circuit. Since April 2023, 18 races across 2 regattas have been recorded for Shaun. Most of Shaun's racing has been in ILCA 6, with additional starts in ILCA 7. Shaun's best results include winning the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet, as well as the SailingSA events in the multiple fleets fleet. Shaun continues to compete regularly across provincial and national sailing events.
